Become a Scout Leader

Scouting is not just for young people: adults also play a vital role in the success and growth of our Organization.

Do you feel leadership qualities in yourself? Do you want to continue to develop and help in the development of the younger generation? Do you want to change the lives of young people and your community for the better?

Scouts of Ukraine are looking for dedicated adults to join our ranks as Scout leaders as well as general volunteers to help shape the future of our Organization and inspire the next generation of leaders and innovators

There are two main ways in which you can contribute to the development of Scouts of Ukraine (read below about both).

Work with children

As a Scout Leader, you will work directly with children, providing mentorship throughout their Scouting journey. You will become the driver of their development and you will watch their formation as confident and independent members of society.

This role is ideal for those with previous experience in education or youth work, although such experience is not essential. We provide ongoing support and resources so that you can run Scout meetings confidently and creatively, making each activity a stepping stone towards the all-round development of Scouts and yourself.

Work in organizational management

If you want to have a significant impact on the development of Scouts of Ukraine, working behind the scenes, our roles in organizational management are an ideal opportunity for this. Here you can apply your skills in communication, marketing, content creation, strategy development, international activities etc. You don't have to be an expert - we welcome those who are willing to learn and develop.

At the heart of the Scouts of Ukraine Organization, you will understand that by enriching the lives of others, you can, in turn, enrich your own, with the support of our dedicated team every step of the way.
